Angeliki Giannakli is a member of Ioannis Vassardanis and Partners Law Firm, specializing in international arbitration, dispute resolution, and commercial and construction law. She has a strong focus on investment and commercial arbitration, with experience handling cases under ICSID and LCIA rules.
Before joining our team, Angeliki advised clients on commercial contracting matters, participating in negotiations across various sectors, including insurance, supply and sales agreements, distribution, agency, and franchising. She also has practical experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, having conducted legal due diligence, drafted transaction documents, and managed deal closings.
In the field of construction and infrastructure, Angeliki supports clients involved in major infrastructure and energy projects. Her work includes advising on FIDIC contracts, public procurement procedures, and private tender processes.
Beyond her legal practice, Angeliki serves as a Reporter for Greece in the ITA Report, contributing to the international arbitration community. She has been a Certified Mediator since 2023 and is actively engaged in professional networks, including the Greece Very Young Arbitration Practitioners.
