Alina Gouma has extensive experience in providing advice on civil and commercial disputes.
She specialises in handling property, inheritance, land registry and contractual disputes. She undertakes the drafting of sale and lease agreements, as well as conducting the relevant negotiations. In the course of transfer and exploitation of real estate, she executes large-scale due diligence proceedings, which include title research, real estate appraisal and compliance with the legislation in force. She also actively participates in teams consisting of specialised professionals in the real estate sector with the objective of real estate exploitation.
Alina has many years of experience in providing advice on trademark protection, along with drafting and negotiating commercial agency, leasing and general corporate and commercial contracts.
Prior to joining our firm, Alina worked as legal counsel for a top-tier energy company, where she was engaged in drafting all kinds of commercial contracts and addressing issues of compliance with the regulatory framework in the energy sector. For many years she has collaborated with companies operating in the mining, construction and real estate sectors, providing them with legal services.
Alina is also a certified mediator since 2024, registered in the general registry for mediators, as well as the registry for cadastral mediators of the Ministry of Justice.
