We are delighted to announce that Trainee Lawyer, Marilena Chrysanthakopoulou, is one of the authors of this year's case for the 2019 edition of the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot! The case deals with a plethora of procedural and substantive legal issues, which require in-depth understanding of international investment law and arbitration, as well as familiarity with recent trends and events. IVP proudly sponsored the 1st EODID Vis Pre-Moot, held 15-17 March 2019. Three members of our team, Petros Chatzidakis, Giouli Katsarou and Thomas Papadogiannis-Varouchakis, acted as arbitrators and provided valuable feedback to the mooters.
